Processes give organizations (large and small) the infrastructure that allowed for the collaboration of tens or hundreds of people across multiple departments. It efficiently unifies their efforts towards achieving a common goal. These processes create synergy between human resources and technology to successfully meet the objectives of the organization.

When collecting food, bees use a shared process known among thousand of members of the hive. Through a well defined dance process, performed with great precision, collectors communicate distance and direction of their food sources to their fellow bees.

For these bees, this shared process organizes their efforts and makes the difference between life or death for the entire hive.
